How To Prepare For Ceremony:

Casey combines this ancient plant medicine with contemporary neuroscience improving

brain wave synchronicity and body chemistry.

Being properly prepared is paramount in

receiving the profound wisdom from Cacao and Casey's quidance.

She advises not to eat or have caffeine for about 2/3 hrs before cacao so She can have

maximal effect on you without discomforts. Be well hydrated with water.

Please bring a yoga mat/blanket and any other comforts you enjoy for meditation

(blanket/pillow).
